We have three main phases that we follow in our design projects. These phases allow us to work in an organized manner and ensure that we are designing with the user in mind, every step of the way.
The first is what we call "Discovery & Research". In this phase, we have a discovery call with you and your team in order to fully understand what your goals are, the product requirements, and do a little brainstorming. We also use this time to look at your competitors, audit your existing product, gather inspiration, and document best practices.
Phase two is "Strategy & Wireframes", where we develop a digital strategy for the product and create wireframes for key screens. These wireframes are then used to get feedback from your team as well as some of your users to make sure that we are headed in the right direction. We'll also look at user flows for the main features of your product in order to create an easy-to-use experience.
The final phase is "UX/UI Design", also known as the Where-Your-Product-Comes-To-Life phase. We'll iron out user interface design, interactions, create a design system, high fidelity prototypes, conduct user testing, and prepare assets for developers.
