Our client, trufyx, was looking for a way to connect people to device technicians in an easy and effective way. In the midst of the pandemic, there was a huge opportunity for these technicians to continue to perform work, and at a safe distance!

The Challenge

Design a brand that feels modern and techy—something that resonates with our younger audience.

Make the process of finding a technician that can service my needs simple and easy to understand.

Create a web app that allows technicians to seamlessly track their upcoming appointments, payments, and reviews from customers.

Our Solution

Our solution to both, the mobile app and web apps, were simple. We made sure to design with the user in mind and removed any unnecessary steps. We took inspiration from the greats, like Uber and Lyft, to really understand how important messaging was for both the customer and the contractor. We focused a lot of our designs on very minimal and clean visuals to let the copywriting do all the talking... pun intended? Users really appreciated the obvious, directional copy (like how to do what where) and enjoyed being able to track all details about their appointments.
